Palm Kernel Expeller (PKE) is the by-product of mechanical oil extraction from palm kernels. After the oil is pressed out, the remaining solid material is crushed and processed into a coarse meal or pellet form. PKE is widely used as a high-fiber, moderate-protein feed ingredient for ruminant animals such as cattle, sheep, and goats. It provides excellent digestible energy and fiber content, making it a cost-effective and sustainable option in animal nutrition.
